Manuscript Preparation
You have one format options for Text submissions, and that is an E-mail Attachment.
We request that you submit a follow-up hard copy of your email submission(s) in the event that there are some difficulties extracting your files. Your hard-copy 'back-up' may be faxed to us.
Graphic submissions should adhere to the following guidlines:
- Graphics may be submitted as a hard copy or electronically (JPEG or GIF only).
- Image files and graphics should be of very high quality.
- Graphics may be in color, black & white, or grayscale (note: If your graphic is in color, keep in mind that libraries will receive a printed, black & white version of the newsletter. Colored graphics may not translate well to black & white.)
- Hard copy photographs and faxes of graphics will not be accepted.

Please provide your name, address, telephone and/or fax number, and e-mail address with each submission. Submissions should be made to the following:

Acceptance
Process
You should expect to receive a notice via mail or e-mail confirming that we have received your submission(s). Each document goes through an editing process to catch any errors in grammar. We will then determine if the content it is appropriate for the next issue of the Newsletter or if it would be better suited at another time. We will inform you of your acceptance and notify you to the time you may expect to see your article published. We thank you for your submission(s) - good luck!
